The Street Division is responsible for maintenance, repair and snow plowing on local streets and cul-de-sacs. The division maintains a program of bituminous spot-overlays, seal coating and concentrated patching and crack sealing. It is also responsible for maintaining street and regulatory signs, storm sewers, pavement markings, and for tree trimming along public right-of-way.
All county roads are the responsibility of Washington County; all state and interstate highways, the State of Minnesota. Traffic signs and signals are maintained and operated by the agency responsible for the adjacent roadways.
The City of St. Paul Park has approximately 28.49 miles of city road which is maintained and open to the traveling public--2007.
